Description

Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst- £22.30 ph- 3 month contract

This post will focus on data, information and analysis relating to staff experience, and the impact this has on culture, climate, leadership and engagement. Key data sources include the NHS National Staff survey, and subsequent pulse surveys engagement score, Quality Metrics around improvement in staff and patient experience, clinical outcomes, Workforce Race Equality KPI's, data relating to training and development, recruitment and retention and HR interventions around Employee Relations matters. The analysis will provide a considered and deliberate approach to targeted support and interventions and our ability to identify high performing teams and share best practice and celebrate successful and well led teams.

  • Extensive working experience of advanced Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word and Access.
  • Substantial experience of HR systems interrogation and the production of timely detailed and meaningful reports and statistics
  • Experience of computer based report writing and data analysis of complex and/or sensitive data
  • Experience of working in an NHS environment
  • Proven experience of planning and organising complex activities eg workforce planning tools
