UI/UX Designer - Remote - Contract (Inside IR35)

Remote working.

£500 P/D

Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join the current team who collaborate to provide world-class technical solutions and are adopting Agile across the business as they digitally transform and platforms and services to create the bank of the future.

we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of the team, both through teaching and through learning.

We are looking for someone who can

  • Be an advocate for design innovation within the team and the wider design community, and voice our users' needs to help build a better product.
  • Use a Design Thinking approach to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate across teams, with an Agile mindset to drive the design process from ideation to product delivery and launch.
  • Participate in competitor analysis and user research, lead ideation processes, detail end-to-end mockup solutions/prototypes, and drive user testing sessions in the iteration for proven great solutions.
  • Get into our developers' shoes to effectively find issues and draw pragmatic solutions.
  • Help in the development of the Product Design practice and in the training provided to other teams.
  • Be driven, flexible, and enthusiastic, bringing new inspiring ideas to the team.
  • Extensive experience working in digital UI/UX design fields, preferably within an Agile environment.
  • Work comfortably with Sketch/Craft/Invision and Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Have experience with consumer insight platforms such as UserZoom or Attest
