Job Role & Responsibilities:
My Client is seeking a technically literate, highly motivated Genesys Platform Engineer to configure integrate the Genesys Voice Platform.
Key Skills
- At least 3-5 years of Genesys experience
- Configuration, integration of Genesys voice platform
- Genesys version 8.x knowledge
- Java, J2EE
- Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, etc.
- FS experience is great, especially in terms of HR & technical service desk domain knowledge
