Description
My Reinsurance client is looking for a Finance Lead to ensure the reinsurance finance data has appropriate control frameworks defined and Embedded within technology and processes. This role will report to the Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities;
- Investigate and document the end-to-end data flow, processes and technology of reinsurance date.
- Document end-to-end 'as is' pain points, process, efficiency and systems issues
- Work closely with other stakeholders within and outside the Programme
Skills and Experience;
- Proven experience in reinsurance accounting BAU and transformation
- Finance data experience
- Reinsurance end to end process experiences
