Description
Our Fortune 500 client located in Colorado Springs, CO (remote during Covid-19) is looking for two Sr Software Testers to perform software testing activities, using a variety of testing approaches and techniques. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with manual testing, Postman and APIs, and is able to elicite requirements from end-users. Previous experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment is required!Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily standups, requirements reviews, design reviews, systems analysis and testing review discussions in a SCRUM environment
- Develop test plans and execute on them
- Communicates regularly with project members and advocates for resolution of high priority problems with Service Manager and Project Manager

Required:
- Experience with: Postman, Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Cloud technologies, APIs
- Experience with manual testing
- Knowledge & Experience in risk-based testing approaches, test plan preparation, and test execution
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, adapt to new situations and learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience eliciting requirements
Plusses:
- Business process improvement experience
- Insurance/Financial industry background (Commercial knowledge a plus)
- Experience working as an Agile Analyst (requirement gathering and testing)
