IT Service Manager
TEKsystems are partnering with a global client based in Dublin, Ireland, who are seeking the skills of an experienced IT Service Manager to work on a long-term project. This is a contract position that will initially run for 12 months, but it is more than likely that there will be extensions beyond this.
Applicants must have a background in leading infrastructure projects including network refreshes/upgrades as well as EUC roll-outs and deployments. You must be able to liaise and strategise with various stakeholders within the business, and communication skills are essential for this role!
Below are a list of a few of the key skills that are required alongside some of the project experience mentioned above:
- IT Service Management

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a variety of stakeholders
- Self motivating
Additional but not essential qualities include:
- Educated to degree level or a similar such qualification
- IT Specialist education would be ideal, but is by no means essential
