Business Change Manager - People change/Local Authority
A Business/People Manager is required by a leading organisation, in the Scottish Borders, on an initial 3 month contract (with potential to go perm).
It will be essential that this person has experience within the following areas:
- Local Authority Experience
- Digital Transformation Experience
- Business & People Change Management
As the Business/People Change Manager you will be expected to analyse business problems, draw appropriate conclusions and present potential solutions. You will gather relevant information in the resolution of the business and/or technical issue and produces quality output including reports, presentations and other documentation and critically analyse client stakeholders and lead future business development opportunities.
Ideally you will be someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and works effectively and confidently under pressure. You will also have good working knowledge and prior application of structured problem solving techniques and analysis models supporting Local Authority Client's Business and People Change Programmes.
Please note, this work will be home based until safe to be onsite in the Scottish Borders.
