Security Culture Specialist
Bluechip firm require a Security Culture and Communications specialist. The role will report into the Group Information Security Director, the Security Awareness Specialist will take responsibility for the design and delivery of a behavioural change programme as part of the global information security strategy. The purpose of the role is to analyse current business culture and craft a programme which achieves our corporate ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- A proven track record of delivering successful cyber/information security awareness campaigns to drive behavioural change
- Knowledge of information security
- Enthusiastic - must be high-energy, motivated and driven
- Effective facilitation and conflict resolution skills - must be able to facilitate discussion of multiple approaches and drive resolution
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering communications/training interventions
