Business Change Analyst, £ pd, 4 months contract, Cheshire
A long standing and key client of Harvey Nash's based in Cheshire is currently looking for a Business Change Analyst to join a 4 month consultancy assignment to lead on a critical people and process change project.
With the above in mind we are looking for a seasoned contractor with a background in the retail sector, ideally with specific experience around third party courier integrations and distribution projects.
The successful individual will be tasked with conducting the as is and to be requirement definition, working at pace to define and shape the future vision of their courier network solution whilst mapping out the processes required to make the change effective.
Further details are as follows:
* You will be responsible for creating a plan and implication of moving from a single courier solution to a multi courier set up; prior experience highly desirable
* Defining as is and to be process maps before facilitating the people change associated.
* Document the vision of the future and what it looks like from a process and people perspective.
What is needed to drive the change?
* Articulate the scale of change to the stakeholder community describing the impact and details required around comms, training etc engaging with all departments effected.
* Execute change against agreed plan at pace as part of project team.
* Take the business on the journey, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to deliver the result.
As aforementioned, prior experience within retail, courier, supply chain and distribution environments would be seen as highly desirable, together with a successful track record delivering consultancy/interim business change assignments at a business analysis level.
