Description

IT Commercial Manager (SC Cleared) to work with a Government Department. This is an initial 6-month contract, in scope of IR35, paying up to £550 per day. This is a remote contract until further notice (office based in London)

Responsibilities
*End to end delivery of OJEU procurement activity.
*Manage and support the management of complex IT commercial agreements throughout their life cycle.
*Develop collaborative relationships with our customers, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver outstanding customer service, delivery of savings and promotion of the products we offer.
*Deliver effective commercial performance and contractual supplier management.
*The delivery and reporting of commercial benefits through service and cost management/improvement.

Experience Required
*Able to proactively develop buying solutions in a complex environment.
*Experience in negotiation/dialogue with suppliers to evolve and outline bid to a final bid
*Experience of building and maintaining relationships within a commercial environment with stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
*A background of operating in a competitive commercial IT environment working to targets and timelines.
*Ability to build your own pipelines, managing your own time effectively to deliver to targets.
*Ability to build and communicate your knowledge of your given area to sufficiently engage in meaningful, challenging conversations with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
