Business Analyst - Inside IR35/Software Enhancements - Birmingham & Remote
Inside IR35
Business Analyst required for a leading client within the legal sector. You are coming on board to work closely with the business to define and manage requirements for multiple projects/initiatives including but not limited to delivering a technical software upgrade and software enhancements to existing case management platforms.
Our customer is currently exploring 2 options for this requirement, both contract day rate and FTC. (see comments on FTC salary below)
Key Skills and Responsibilities,
- Business analysis experience within the professional services industry/financial services
- Software enhancements and technical upgrades - such as from Legacy to cloud
- Produce high quality documentation and presentation material (end user documentation) & training coordination
- Case management systems - enhancements
- Direct relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Project delivery cycles and methodologies such as Agile
- Previous experience working on large-scale business process change initiatives
- Work closely with third party suppliers
- Requirements management and traceability to business benefits
- Process optimisation
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
6 Month FTC would be £40,000 - £50,000
