Description
We are currently searching for a Project Manager (Complex GTS Delivery Projects) for an important client of ours based in Luxembourg. The contract will be full time remote (40 hours per week) and will be intially for 6 months but is likely to extend.English speaking- fully remote
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in project management of large sized IT infrastructure and applications migration projects at high complexity. The candidate will have excellent project management skills and will have acquired project management certificates and accreditations (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience with management of IT infrastructure and/or
applications migration projects or initiatives as a Project Manager - Minimal 2 to 3 years of experience with delivery of mid to large size IT infrastructure projects of medium to high complexity.
- Excellent knowledge of English. French is a real advantage.
- Good technical knowledge of various IT domains such as Windows, Unix, Linux, Mainframe, Middleware, Storage, Telecom, Security, etc.
- Strong client- and service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK or Prince2), planning tools, etc. with relevant certificates and accreditations (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
- Understands the objectives related to the project from a cost, schedule, technical and quality perspective. Individual can make project trade-offs in complex and/or politically sensitive situations.
