I am currently developing an ambitious project for local e-commerce using Laravel and we reached a point where more specialised help is needed.I am looking for someone (preferably Romanian and in Romania) that can join in a project-based approach, targeting a weekly volume of 15-20hrs, /hr, with weekly deliverables.
We plan to offer:
1. an overview of the project and a technical introduction
2. ensure proper onboarding in the project for the first month but also for whatever time it's needed
3. have weekly planning calls
4.keep the scope of weekly sprints and have as few deviations as possible
5.be open to communication on slack or asana
I've been acting in the online industry for 15 years now and I truly believe that having a well-documented approach and consistency in working is the key in offering stability to the team members.
The project is documented mostly in Romanian so I'm looking for a Romanian developer for long term involvement.
