HR Transformation Project Manager
Our client is setting up a new Global Shared Service and I am looking for an HR Transformation Project Manager to lead a variety of projects as we transition all services into the new Hubs Globally. Projects will be anything from ELM, Payroll, Systems related, this covers the whole spectrum.
Essential:
- Must be commutable to Dublin
- Familiarity with Global HR Services functions and/or models
- Experienced Project Manager
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools ie MS Project and/or Smartsheets
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings with Leads and Executive Leadership
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Adaptable with an ability to easily understand and digest new/complex information
- Accurate, structured and logical approach to Risk Management
- Proactiveness in problem solving
Desirable:
- Academic background preferably in human resources/finance/accounting/economics
- Previous HR Services transition Experience
- Professional experience in process transitions
Accountability:
- Focus is on the Human Resources Transformation Program
- Manage planning and day-to-day transition project execution
- Coordinate and lead all wave/projects while closely aligning with site transition lead to ensure that deliverables are executed as planned from both a quality and milestones perspective
- Monitoring of transition progress and regular reporting of progress within the Smartsheet portfolio management tool
- Proactively ensure regular alignment of all stakeholders - lead weekly Project Team Meetings, set weekly deliverables for the Project Team to complete, and lead Toll Gate meetings
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external business partners
- Responsible for completeness of project related documentation
- Support Project Delivery Solutions ad hoc projects and initiatives as required based on Portfolio Prioritization
