Roc Search's client are looking for a Data Centre Operations Engineer to join on a 3 month contract in Manchester.
Data Centre Technician
- BAU break fix (Keeping the DC running whilst performing maintenance and fixes)
- VMWare
- Infrastructure - Hardware, Server Builds
- Storage Allocation preferably on Dell
- Server Backup
- Server Maintenance
- Anti-Virus
- Onsite Server patching, fault finding, racking and stacking Servers and Switches
- Power swaps, card swaps (To the rack itself)
- Understanding FileShares
- Support senior members of the team
