SC Cleared Service Design and Transition Manager - Inside IR35 - 6 months

Capita's leading London based client is looking to secure the services of an SC Cleared Service Design and Transition Manager for a role that's Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract.

The requirement is for someone to come in and hit the ground running, understand service design and subsequent transition activities which are needed to transition existing and new services from one location to another. Combination of service design activity and moving it through agreed transition gates. Formal ITIL driven processes- need to know how to run them. Need previous SD&T experience in Public Sector.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Will be briefed for 1-2 weeks but need strong service design, service transition and understanding of formal ITIL activity.

* Forward thinking- get involved with key stakeholders.

* Public sector- leading people through activities who don't necessarily understand it.

* The post holder should carry a minimum of 5 years' experience of working in Service Management.

* The post holder must have a minimum of 8 years' experience of working within a public sector organisation and have knowledge of the Metropolitan Police.

* The post holder should be qualified in ITIL Service Transition and Service Design.

* The post holder should have experience of leading the Service Design and Transition on large programmes.

* The post holder must have experience in setting up the transition governance required to assure the delivery and output from the ICT Portfolio

* The post holder must have SC clearance
