UI/UX Engineer (React ReactJS React.JS React-JS JavaScript UI UX Developer Front End Software Engineer Programmer User Experience Agile Amazon Web Services AWS Finance Trading Front Office Asset Manager Investment Management Remote Working Work From Home) required by our asset management client in London.

You MUST have the following:

• Strong experience as a React Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer
• Expert level JavaScript
• Strong ability within UI/UX- user experience and UI design - must be able to work as the sole person in this position on an application
• Strong Agile experience
• Good knowledge of CI/CD

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), GCP or Azure
• Finance
• Node, Python, Java

Role: UI/UX Engineer (React ReactJS React.JS React-JS JavaScript UI UX Developer Front End Software Engineer Programmer User Experience Agile Amazon Web Services AWS Finance Trading Front Office Asset Manager Investment Management Remote Working Work From Home) required by our asset management client in London. In this role, you will be building a brand new portfolio management system in a new team of 5. You will be hired to provide the UX expertise. Your role will otherwise be split between UI development in React and the design and creation of wireframes. You will also be proficient at testing and release management. Experience in cloud, to some degree, is necessary. This can take the form of home projects.

The department otherwise works with AWS, Python, Node and Kotlin with Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes for release automation. So, experience with any of these would be advantageous. Finance is not required but could also be advantageous.

Work is currently remote but can be remote indefinitely.

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Rate: £450- £600/day
