Description

Devonshire Hayes have been engaged by a client to source a Service Desk Analyst to provide remote support to users over the phone, via video share and remote in. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service and proven experience of providing Service Desk support in a busy environment.
The contract will require a few days training onsite in Nottingham and will then be mostly remote based, so ideally candidates will live a commutable distance from Nottingham.

Experience required:

  • 1st/2nd line IT support
  • Knowledge of iPads & iPhones
  • Password resets
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365

This is an urgent contract requiring candidates that can start next week. The working days are Monday to Friday with shift patterns covering the earliest start of 8am and the latest finish of 6pm with 7.5 hours per day.
