My Leading social media platform client is looking for an experienced Customer Education Specialist to join our Customer Education Team. You' ll work cross-functionally with all of Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product to create and update engaging training content for customers and prospects: E-learning (SCORM) classes, tutorial videos, and live, virtual sessions. You' ll primarily be building content to support the launch of new features and also updating older content to incorporate new functionality in Workplace.
You' ll also be evangelizing our content both internally to Workplace employees and externally to our partners, prospects, and customers. Experience building SCORM-based E-learning classes in Articulate Storyline, Adapt, Evolve, or similar publishing tool Familiarity with LMS administration, ideally the Exceed platform Ability to create short, engaging tutorial videos, ideally in Camtasia A love of live, virtual training facilitation and the ability to be both engaging and interactive
