Key to this success is their expertise in Salesforce and we are currently looking for an exceptional SFDC Salesforce Functional Lead consultant to join the team on a large UK retail project.
As the Salesforce Functional Lead you will have a passion for SFDC Salesforce with a depth of technical understanding that allows you to maximize the business value gained by customers using solutions that you help to create.
You will be responsible for strategic CRM consulting, configuration and implementation of business solutions using Cross-Cloud Salesforce CRM technology.

What you will be responsible for:

*Leading Functional consulting activities in Salesforce CRM
*Providing strategic recommendations and vision for Cross-Cloud Salesforce CRM concepts and best practices
*Lead requirement/user story gathering sessions for SFDC Salesforce solutions
*Functional design, configuration and leadership throughout the implementation of Salesforce CRM projects
*Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality solutions and services
*Create or oversee the creation of training content, and lead client trainings sessions

What we are looking for:
*Extensive experience with SFDC Salesforce CRM Products
*Multiple full-life cycle project experience of Salesforce Implementations as a functional consultant
*Previous team leadership, management and/or module lead experience om large scale Salesforce implementations is a must have
*Knowledge of other CRM tools such as SAP C4C/CX, Dynamics, Sugar etc is an added advantage
*Extensive Salesforce Sales, Service or Community Cloud experience and certifications
*Salesforce, cross-cloud platform configuration or development experience or equivalent CRM experience
*A good level of technical understanding around concepts including Data, Integration, automation and development
*Previous Consulting/Professional Services experience required
*Understanding of Agile project delivery
*Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
