Cloud Security Architect - Remote/Middlesex - 6-month initial contract - £525-£600 Per Day - Inside of IR35
A leading client of mine is currently on the hunt for a Cloud Security Architect to join them on an initial 6-month engagement, due to the current pandemic you will be working remote. However, when it settles you will be required to travel to client site.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform reviews of cloud services, cloud-based applications and data security reviews to confirm that solutions considered for licensing, newly acquired solutions and changes to solutions are compliant with policies and standards, and that the right security controls are applied to applications to keep data secure.
- Create Microsoft security solutions designs, and technically oversee/lead non-Microsoft security related projects when specialist SMEs are required Own and guide the technical relationship with the customer with specific regard to the security of Microsoft cloud services.
- Responsible for advising and helping customers understand and make the most of Microsoft cloud security and compliance features.
Experience required:
- An experienced security professional with security architecture or consultancy experience, with enterprise level experience.
- An experienced security professional with security architecture or consultancy experience, with enterprise level experience.
- Very good knowledge of Cloud security products listed in Gartner's Magic Quadrant, PRISMA, etc.
- Deep technical know-how and experience in designing and implementing Cloud Security solutions, Microsoft Azure Security technologies.
- Provide technical expertise to the Security Architecture functions during the full life cycle of cloud security solution evaluation, recommendation, testing, installation, rollout and operations
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Security technologies. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise across the areas: Azure Security Center, Azure AD Identity and Single Sign On capabilities, Network and Perimeter Security, Azure Log Analytics and SIEM integration., Azure Key Vault and Encryption
