Junior Business Analyst - NHS/Government Experience - £360 per day - HOME BASED - 3 months
Roles inside of IR35:
- MUST HAVE NHS/Government experience on High Profile complex government projects
- Extreme resilience - willing and able to work long hours
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change in direction at short notice - able to pivot to the latest needs
Strong problem-solving skills, followed by rapid execution of change - issue resolution
Strong teambuilding capabilities, supportive and able to step in and adapt to support a team under pressure
Flexible, not bound by job descriptions and willing to flex to support where needed within reason
Strong Communication skills - able to engage with a broad team, civil servants and consultants, primarily remote working, frequent change in direction. Need to align with other frequently changing and critical projects

Junior Business Analysts
This person will support the overall delivery and implementation activities across the portfolio. Skills will include:
- Experienced in practical application of all PM tools and techniques.
- Strong analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent skills in preparing materials for key meetings
- Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
- Knowledge of fiscal planning, business case development, contract management, stakeholder co-ordination.
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities. Ability to cope under pressure and balancing multiple priorities - confident to speak up and self manage as needed.
- Great collaboration skills, relationship building
- Extremely diligent and attentive to details
- Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills
Specific areas of current delivery where resource is likely to be deployed
- Daily Contact testing Programme - currently in design and pilot phase, the team are responsible for delivery of national scaled, enduring services for the daily testing of 'contacts'. Upcoming national citizens delivery, service for Public institutions and for Directors of Public health are all features of Q1 2021. These services will go into stable operating environments and form part of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Central portfolio delivery team - working to provide a suite of best practice, portfolio prioritisation and management services.
- Testing operations - to support the ongoing management of our operational business as it grows at pace.
