Description
We require a Decision Analytics/predictive Analytics/Data mining consultant to perform the
- Utilize past trends and predictive models to forecast loss and profit for new treatments targeted to both new acquisitions and the existing portfolio
- Design, develop, and deploy analytic solutions by partnering with various business groups
- Utilize predictive and optimization methods to execute strategies
- Advise business groups on how to leverage analytic findings in business decision making
- Execute model and analytic development by analysing business performance
- Leverage statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling to drive decision making
- Assists in creation and implementation of Marketing and Risk strategies including the development of new product offers and channel tests
Skills required
- 6+ years of industry knowledge in predictive analytics and decision analysis area
- Strong knowledge of statistical/data mining methods and successful business applications
- Track record of implementing analytical recommendations and models that deliver significant business impact
- Unix, SAS and SQL data query tools to build, test, evaluate, and maintain robust data analysis
- Experience with SAS, CHAID and open source tools such as R or Python
