Our client, a growing Consultancy, is looking for a Data Migration Consultant specialising in Telecommunications OSS/BSS (Mobile Services) to work on a large, complex digital transformation programme for a major Telco customer to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will consider candidates who are willing to move to the location for the duration of the contract.
The programme focuses on Charging and Billing (prepaid, post-paid charging for mobile service) using Oracle Billing and Revenue Management product (BRM)/ECE. The successful applicant will be responsible for migrating data from Legacy to Oracle BRM DB (Mobility and Broadband Services) and Oracle BRM data model and mapping. Defining the technology integration roadmap, new platform migration strategies and systems integration from a data point of view. Playing key roles not only in the technical delivery but also successfully managing the customer relationship.
Applicants must have completed at least one BSS data migration in a Telecoms BSS implementation project. Must have a deep understanding and experience in Data Migration, including complex data warehouse implementations. Experience with Oracle BRM, having successfully migrated data from Legacy to Oracle BRM DB for a Tier-1 Telco customer (Mobility and Broadband Services). Telecommunications sector experience is essential. Oracle CMT migration tool experience is also preferred.
