Description
An IT Support Analyst is required for an initial 6 month contract (inside IR35).
As an IT Support Analyst you will be required to work remotely at this stage with some time spent on the client site in Nottingham when offices reopen.
As an IT Support Analyst you will have experience working in an IT operational support team providing maintenance and support services to end users at first line level with knowledge of end-user hardware, mobile devices, and application support.
Your experience will include technologies and applications such as
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange
* Windows 7/10
* Office365
* Microsoft Office
* Mobile devices
Experience should have been preferably gained in a controlled or audited environment where ITIL processes have been Embedded.
A strong interest in IT support is required, coupled with a willingness to learn.
