Business Analyst - Retail

We currently have a Business Analyst/Process Mapping and Improvement role available for a well-known Retail company with UK headquarters in North London. This is a great opportunity to work on various high profile projects and they continue to expand.

Essential:

• Numerate and analytical thinking with experience in retail or consumer-facing FMCG preferred
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Curiosity about customer motivations and human behavior
• Strong communication, teamwork and influencing skills
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with SQL
• Strong communicator (both written and verbal)
• Excellent stakeholder management

Desirable

• Experience in a retail, E-commerce or FMCG consumer-facing business

Role:

• Process mapping and improvement
• Supporting on collating presentations for external stakeholders
• Coordinating with category teams to identify current state and future state
• Develop potential commercial model (entry to mid level excel skills) used to evaluate supplier/retailer potential with different metrics identified
• Develop tracking document to report progress for team
