Computer Futures are working with a leading People Services company who are actively recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Systems Support Engineer with a strong background of working in this field in recent contracts. This will be an initial 8 week contract with a view to extend.
This is a full time vacancy - so please do not apply if you have other projects/contracts at the moment.
Job Title: 3rd Line Systems Support Engineer
Must Have:
- Strong technical skills and proven hands on track record, especially Windows Server 2012 and above, ADFS, Active Directory/MS Exchange,O365, F5 load balancers, VMware, Citrix and SAN solutions, Microsoft Azure
- Ability to prioritise incoming workload effectively and plan forward based on collected metrics and business needs
- Ability to communicate effectively in plain English to all levels of staff, both verbally and in written format.
- Working effectively within an Information Security Management System/ISO27001 environment.
Contract Length: 2 months
Rate: £ a day
Location: Remote
