Description
Procurement Consultant with strong authoring skills required for a large scale public sector procurement ITT.
We seek individuals who have a proven ability in reviewing core documents required for public sector ITT, ensuring that service demands, requirements and commercial needs are met.
You will have experience within:-
Deep dive review of ICT specifications from last procurement (2013) to review against the new services requirements.
Understanding each module required and align this to the pricing schedule accordingly.
Ability to identify and highlight any areas which would further clarification, prior to the ITT being releasing to the suppliers (avoiding any grey areas).
Essential skills needed:
Understand the principals of the document set required for an ITT
Public Sector procurement experience
Commerical knowledge of Legal and ICT within large scale procurements
Candidates must be able to undergo and successfully obtain a current DBS and BPSS security checks for this role.
