Technical Author- Inside IR35- Remote Working
Our client are public sector body in London. The systems and processes in the their Course Selection suite of applications has grown in response to evolving demand and the documentation has not kept pace with the development work. They need to address that, ensuring, as a result: they capture any specialist knowledge essential to the maintenance of this suite of applications; they are able to share the support for these systems, more easily that at present; they are able to be transparent and fully knowledgeable about the processes underpinning the tech, including where responsibility for completing them lies.
Our client expect experience of documenting both systems and processes, an excellent eye for detail and the ability to present technical data with clarity. They are aiming to interview toward the end of Jan with a view to having someone in post by the end of February.
