Scrum Master/Project Lead (SC Cleared Role) - London or Bristol - 6 monthsSCRUM MASTER | PROJECT LEAD | SC CLEARED ROLE
Please note that due to the nature of this role, active and enhanced SC Clearance is required before the role can commence. The turnaround for this is approx. 3-4 months but may take longer. All applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 3 out of the past 5 years in order to be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
Our government client is looking for a Project Lead with a good grasp of Project Management tools techniques to lead in the role of Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will ensure the team lives agile values and principles. This will include Sprint planning, scheduling the daily Scrum meeting, managing Scrum processes responsibly, help the Scrum teams follow Scrum practices, assist with the Product Backlog, co-operate with the Product Owner in designing Product Backlog items for the next Sprint etc.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
Good understanding of project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including: requirements management, planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost management, risk and issue management, quality management, governance, frameworks and methodologies, stakeholder engagement, assurance, change control, benefits management, commercial and procurement, solutions development, business change and implementation, business case development, asset allocation and knowledge management.
