Oracle DATA ENGINEER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - REMOTE WORKING - STARTING FEB 2021 - £450 - £550 Per Day (Competitive)
We are working with a client who is looking for an Oracle Data Engineer for a 6 month contract. This client is looking for a Data Engineer with experience multiple versions of Oracle, to support a data migration to Posgres.
This client is looking for a Data Engineer who can help deliver solutions for the database/database migration to PosgreSQL, working alongside the developers to improve overall database efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required for this Role
- Data Engineering Experience
- Oracle Versions: 10, 12 and 19c
- Testing experience (testing database efficiency)
- Agile Software Development
- Data Migration Skills (ideally experience working on a migration to Posgres)
- Experience engineering relational and non-relational databases
- PosgreSQL
- Problem solving skills - experience working through tricky database problems
Desirable Experience
- Understanding or use of Java
- Data Architectural Experience - advise best use of data platforms/tools to improve databases

- Start Date: February 2021
- Day Rates Competitive Between £450- £550 Per Day
