Location: Remote - Work from Home
Must have technical skills:
We need SMEs who have worked in
A. Operational Data Hub (ODH) Core platform architecture and development
B. ODH Data Integration and Development across all Entertainment and Connectivity products as well as the underlying technologies (network, infrastructure, databases, storage)
Strong experience on Scala development (existing technologies were developed in JVM-based language).
Apache Spark: have big expertise with all currently existing public APIs (Batch APIs (RDD and Spark SQL (DataFrame) and Streaming APIs (DStream, Spark Structured Streaming (Data Frame) and deep knowledge of it's internals.
Apache Kafka-Streams and Apache Kafka-Client APIs.
Akka and Akka-Streams frameworks. PySpark.
Good understanding of internals of all major technologies used on the platform (Apache Kafka, Apache Hadoop (HDFS),
Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Apache Mesos (Marathon and Chronos), Docker, Apache Cassandra and ClickHouse).
