MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Architect
My client have a recently implemented D365 environment which whilst functioning has scope for improvement and optimisation. They are seeking a D365 expert with significant experience not just of implementation but of the subsequent teething problems, optimisation and tuning required. Ideally you'll have knowledge of CRM, F&O, Azure and Security Roles from an operational support standpoint.
As their "go-to" D365 reference point you would be instrumental in helping define a future programme of work to help improve not only the efficiency of their current installation but of training and knowledge transfer to the wider IT team. Issues to be addressed would likely include: licence renewal optimisation; definition and reconfiguratiionof Security roles and acess rights; performance and capacity management; integration with other systems and additional D365 technologies; automation of support tasks; streamlining addition and removal of users etc.
You will likely have built multiple D365 systems with technical design experience backed up by post go-live operational support and maintenance expertise. This is likely to be the first phase of a larger programme. Remote working is expected initially but candidates should expect some travel to sites in the South & East of England hence UK candidates preferred.
