Description
We have a current opportunity for a System Administrator - Hadoop on a contract basis. The position will be based in London.
3 - 5 years of strong Hadoop administration experience across various Hadoop platforms
Should have experience in CDP migrations. Experience in line upgrades to CDP from HDP would be preferred.
Experience in Ambari to Cloudera Manager upgrade would be upgraded.
Good understanding of Security, Kerberos etc
Strong Unix administration skills including Shell/Python Scripting
Strong understanding of Hadoop fundamentals, clustering, High availability setups, performance tuning
