Azure Architect (Media Files Data Store Design & Development)
Our client, a global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Azure Architect with Media Files experience and a background in development to join their Digital team. You are able to work remotely, with some travel to Reading, UK. This is a 3 - 6 months temporary contract, to start ASAP.
They are looking for a Technical Lead Architect with hands on experience on Azure platform. You will be expected to lead the design and build discussions with customer to build a scalable data store to host media files (photos and videos) and do the developments based on demand to meet project commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical Lead to support design and evolution of solution
- Ability to technically guide the group of Developers
- Lead the design and build discussions with customer to build a scalable data store to host media files (photos and videos)
- Do the developments based on demand to meet project commitments
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Essential:
- Hands-on experience on below skills on Azure platform
- Media file storage
- Cosmos DB
- Cognitive Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Data Services
- Proficient in working on excel, vision, ppt, word etc
- Experience of working in an Agile Rapid Delivery Environment
- Experienced working with both local & remote design and development resources, and possess excellent teamwork skills
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Salesforce Service Cloud including Field Service
- Mulesoft AnyPoint
- Water or Waste industry knowledge and experience
