Service Architect | AWS | SC cleared
Service Architect required by niche technology consultancy in London to support a wide range of projects within a major government department.
As a Service Architect, you will have a senior role that will take you across multiple projects and platforms within my client's customer base. You will have an exceptional understanding of IT service management systems together with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and customers.
You will have experience in designing full end-to-end service solutions in large scale enterprise environments which will include service design, service transition and service operations.
Experience required:
- AWS
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship management experience
- ITIL v3 and preferably ITIL v4 expertise and certification
- A minimum of ten years of commercial experience in large-scale private and public IT operations environments
- A minimum of three years of commercial experience in enterprise environments that use DevOps tools and practices along with continuous integration and delivery
- A minimum of five years' Service Design/Architecture experience
- Service Management tool design & specification experience
- Large scale Service Transition experience in the public and private sectors
