Change and Communications Manager - Contract Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Change and Communication Manager to join a global media business on a 6 month contract. As a business they are going through a big organisational design and restructure.

Key elements include:

  • Addressing publicly announced restructure related savings (organisation design, HR consultation/selection and communication and engagement effort associated with this)
  • Beginning a cultural journey to an optimised and efficient operation - set up for sustainable profit growth
  • Protecting BAU and optimising processes for the future
  • Enabling processes through technology
  • Setting up for improved governance and controls including linking to finance transformation programme

Purpose

  • Reduce the risk of key talent churn
  • Reduce the risk of key client losses or low pitch success
  • Engage and support productive and motivated teams throughout the change
  • Increase frequency and effectiveness of communications and engagement
  • Support leadership in delivering consistent cascading messages to the business

Responsibilities

  • Increase UK communications and engagement activities (internal & external)
  • Copy writing and drafting of communications
  • Development of business presentations for leadership and team engagement
  • Engagement planning to increase visibility via roadshows/royal visits
