Broadsoft Engineer - 12 Month Contract - Immediate - France (Paris)
I urgently require a Broadsoft Engineer for an initial 12 Month contract based in France (Paris).
Key Requirements:
- Two years' work experience in Technical Support or an equivalent engineering role
- Exceptional customer service skills and focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
- Technical skills (at an operational level rather than design):
- Unix/Linux, web and database, data networking backgrounds
- example web and database protocols and topics: HTTP/S, XML, SOAP, SQL, PERL, PHP, SMTP, SNMP, Security, and encryption
- Communications technology background desirable:
- example VoIP protocols: SIP, MGCP, RTP
- example telephony topics: enterprise PBX/Centrex service definitions (auto attendants, hunt groups, boss-admin, etc)
- Network technology background
- Example of IP knowledge: routing, switching, IP Addressing, domains, and Firewalls
- Experience with Network and Element Systems management tools (eg, HP Openview, AdventNet)
- Telecommunications and IP Networking background, preferably in troubleshooting and technical support.
- VoIP systems experience with knowledge of some of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, RTP, TLS, SMTP, SNMP, Security and Encryption techniques
- Linux or Sun Solaris administration experience with exposure to some of the following: Apache, DNS, Tomcat, MySQL, TimesTen, Java, C++, and PERL
- Experience with Element Management System Tools
- Experience installing, configuring and upgrading with Broad Works system
- French Language Skills - (B1/B2/C1/C2 - Essential)
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12 Months
- Day Rate: €375-€400 (All-Inclusive)
