Description
A leading Global Bank currently requires a Digital Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract based in London, paying up to £350 per day via PAYE or £436 per day via Umbrella.
Role Overview
You will be expected to lead projects to deliver improvements to our client experience across a number of significant Business Banking Markets around the world. The focus will be on understanding the existing client experience and building out a plan to enhance our digital channels and deploy appropriate digital capabilities. Stakeholder management will be key and experience of working in a Matrix environment helpful.
Experience Required
- Internet banking across all platforms, Mobile experience
- Extensive banking or financial services experience
- Commercial Banking Experience
- Experience of automating processes
- User stories/mapping journey/Understanding of UX/UI and design thinking, working with designers
- Cards and payments, requiring more technical knowledge - product/UX design knowledge
