Lead AWS DevOps Engineer - Lambda - 6 months - WFH
Square One are looking for a Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to join a 6 month project, working from home.
Experience Required:
- A very confident AWS architect and software developer
- Previous experience and willingness to lead, guide and mentor the development team
- Experience writing purely server-less software
- Existing experience or ability to very quickly pick up JavaScript/Typescript and Python
- Full-stack skills with knowledge of React - not critical but is highly beneficial
- Restless attitude and a drive to always make things better and quicker
- Passion for technology and a fast pace of delivery
- Experience designing software for scale and high availability
- Experience working with CI/CD in an agile team
The project:
- Develop excellent quality software
- Participate in the full software life cycle, including support and continuous integration
- Contribute to the technical direction of the team
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers on the team
- Share and generate new ideas, provide constructive and useful feedback to peers
- Work with internal client teams, external vendors and colleagues in the US
- Quickly build prototypes and work with top brains in ML across the industry
