Description

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, are currently looking to recruit x2 Technical Support Analysts for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £134.80/day (inside of IR35).

The Role:

There is a requirement for 2 Technical Support Analysts to work with Service management teams to help support colleagues during and post implementation. There may also be the requirement to assist with the delivery and facilitation of training and awareness sessions. The Technical Analysts will work closely with the service champions, Strategy, Project and Operational colleagues to help delivery an effective and efficient implementation plan.

Requirements:
Educated to higher education/degree level
And/or holds professional qualifications or equivalent certified training to at least:
Microsoft Certified Professional in Desktop operating systems
Microsoft Certified Professional in related Network areas (or demonstrable in-depth knowledge in such areas)
Demonstrable comprehensive experience of supporting large-scale desktop environments and associated systems/applications.
Experience of implementing Desktop group policies, registry level changes and Scripting.
Experience in using SCCM and Application Virtualisation.

Desirable:
Office365 support skills including Azure Active Directory knowledge
Outlook support skills
Desktop support experience
AD
SCCM
