scope and Objective
The objective is to coordinate and follow closely the VNF onboarding activities in the production environment for Denmark
Regular status updates should be shared with the Core Project Team.
Scope:
Organizing and running follow-up calls with all stakeholders: VNF onboarding team, VNF owner, CloudBand and Palo Alto teams
following up readiness of the different preconditions for both RFVI and RFHI milestones
making sure that the flow of the information between the above mentioned stakeholders is flawless
coordinating VNF installation and termination activities
coordinating VNF scale in/out activities
supporting the country TPM to schedule the activities and maintaining disruptive calendar
reporting on progress in front of the customer
Central Europe working time shall be assured
