Fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Architect to join the team.
Our client is a global consultancy who has just begun a major Infrastructure and DataCenter consolidation programme across 20 countries.
This role requires DataCenter/VMWare architecture experience. Ideal candidate will have proven track record of managing and delivering infrastructure based solutions at enterprise scale. You will own the technical infrastructure design solutions.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Infrastructure Architect by trade and background
- Innovative thinking
- Map out and design a view of the global VMware estate
- Responsible for defining what current and plan to be workloads across the estate
- Define plan and architecture for decommissioning process
- Must have deep experience in VMware, 3PAR storage, Netapp, Linux, Solaris, HP UX, etc
- Extensive experience in AWS, Terraform, Azure, GCP, CloudWatch and Kubernetes
