SAP Functional Data Lead - fully remote
Maxegan Recruitment are currently seeking 4 SAP Functional Data Leads for an exciting remote opportunity for a leading global client, for an initial 6 month contract.
The roles are required within the business to support and deliver the European roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA, with separate Leads required with fluent French, German, Polish and Dutch - with the position being 80% Functional and 20% Data Technical.
Within these SAP Functional Data Lead positions, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Be responsible for the French, German Dutch or Polish migration of Legacy SAP & non-SAP systems to the new S/4 HANA templated solution
- Map Data from Legacy systems to the new S/4 system, and carry out data cleanse activities
- Provide functional knowledge to local teams to ensure the new target environment is understood
- Identify areas of concern within data quality and cleansing
- Carry out technical impact assessments, gap analysis, design, config, technical & functional specs and data testing within FICO, MM, SCM, DP, SNP, CM and Manufacturing
- Provide expertise within evaluation, solution design and implementation within areas of gaps
- Provide KPI reporting
- Be accountable for your dedicated country
- Build the reputation of the team outside the business in the wider market
- Working within the global team remotely, building a strong virtual remote relationship
The primary skills, knowledge and experience required for these SAP Functional Data Lead pieces of work are:
- Must be Fluent in English (written and verbal) and either French, German, Dutch and/or Polish
- Demonstrable implementation experience of SAP S/4 HANA, including config
- Strong S/4 data migration and mapping experience
- Proven SAP functional knowledge on S/4 Project within FICO, MM, SCM, DP, SP, CM and Manufacturing with any MDG being beneficial
- Strong experience of Data Cleansing and Quality
- Skilled in the designing Hierarchies
- Excellent, clear communication skills both written and verbal - ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Accountability, Prioritisation and Ownership
- Strong Stakeholder communications
- Experience with building strong remote relationships
