1st Line Support
I am currently looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to work for a leading household brand based in Malmesbury on an initial 6-month contract. This role will be remote based for the foreseeable but will be office based normally.
The ideal candidate will have experience working experience on a service desk.
Role:
- Answer the incoming support enquiries by helpdesk ticket, email, telephone and in person.
- Resolve IT issues using telephone support, remote access software and on-site assistance.
- Install & Configure new IT systems (PC's, Servers, Routers, Switches, Tablets, Smartphones and peripherals etc)
Key Skills:
- Good working knowledge of:
- MS Windows Server (R
- MS Windows Windows 7/8/10
- MS Exchange
- MS Office
