Description

One of Badenoch + Clark's key clients is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team for an initial contract until the end of March 2021 with likely extensions.

This role is to provide a single point of contact across the business via the IT Service Desk function, focusing on the logging, handling, resolution and management of all incidents and request fulfilment's

Responsibilities of the role:

Investigate hardware, software and application faults providing verbal assistance and advice to service users as required

Perform remote fault diagnosis and resolution of faults including controlled handover to 2nd/3rd line resolver teams as required

Perform the day-to-day incident manager role for the Service Desk ensuring the delivery of the highest quality customer care which exceeds targets laid out in Service Level Agreements (SLA)

The successful applicant will need to have experience in the following:

* Provide 1st line telephone support

* Account administration and password resets

* Supporting Windows Operating systems

* Supporting MS Exchange/Outlook

* Active Directory

* Supporting bespoke and specialist systems

* Log calls on Service Manager call logging system

* Receive & log fault call information ensuring all details are accurate and meaningful and correspond to agreed Service Desk procedures

These roles will fall in scope for IR35 so will require candidates to work via an Umbrella Company or PAYE.

These opportunities are to start ASAP so are ideally suited to candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice.
