Voice Switch Engineer - System X; DMS; Nokia DX220
A Voice Switch Engineer is required by our Telecommunications Client to support their major customers in the South East on their premises. The Voice Switch Engineer will be required to carry out installations; maintenance; repairs or talk through ideas and problems connected to the our clients portfolio.
The Voice Switch Engineers duties are:-
- Install, maintain and repair our clients customers most complex voice solutions, eg System X, DMS, Nokia DX220, C20 & customer platforms ie Metaswitch
- Repair and Maintain on TSV and RSS cabinets on customer network
- Install, set up, optimise, decommission and repair TDM switch infrastructure
- To support the remote service desks on the most complex Faults and provide advice
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience with installation and maintenance of voice Switches and working within telephone exchanges
