Description

Role Type - Contract/Urgent

Term - 3-6 months initially (IR35 review at end of March)

Rate - £ per day

Location - Widnes, Cheshire (On-site Keyworker)

Start - Immediately

Our client is in the middle of a global endpoint refresh and require additional resource. The role will include providing 2nd Line Support on their ICT Service Desk as well as building HP Laptops (G6 & G7's), using MDT and Intune for deployment.

You must be comfortable taking and resolving 2nd Line Support calls on their Service Desk and have Rollout experience. Due to the nature of the rollout, you must be able and happy to attend the office daily which is covid safe and falls under key-worker guidelines.

Required:

  • Ability to follow process and procedure correctly and accurately
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • GCSE level education
  • Knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and applications
  • Good Active Directory administration (Users and Computers)
  • Strong hardware diagnostics and fault finding
  • Basic Citrix Virtual Desktop administration
  • Basic understanding of LAN and WAN network topologies
  • Rollout experience
  • Use of deployment tools such as MDT & Intune

Desirable:

  • ITIL qualification
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization
