Change & Release Manager, 6 months contract, Warwickshire, £500pd, INSIDE IR35
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join well-established international company as a Change & Release Manager for a 6 months contract.
Role purpose:
The successful candidate will be a part of the team responsible for designing the change management processes and release projects for the whole organization with global reach.
Requirements:
* Able to demonstrate experience and understanding of Change Management frameworks/methodologies, tools and supporting measures.
* Proven experience of delivering change
* Proven experience of planning and managing the release life cycle
* Ability to manage and monitor progress
* Strong Stakeholder engagement
* Able to assist in resolving change management issues and mitigating risks
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) and IT applications and service processes used within own organisation.
* Comfortable working under pressure for prolonged periods and adapting to a dynamically changing operational environment.
* 'Can do attitude'
