Contract, 6 months | REMOTE WORKING | Start February or March 2021 | EURO per day/56-63 EURO per hour

We are recruiting for a hands on Azure Infrastructure DevOps Lead Engineer for an initial 6 months contract with our client in the Netherlands. Due to the nature of the work and Covid-19 travel restrictions, we are able to offer this contract 100% remote.

The successful candidate will be a skilled Back End DevOps Lead Engineer, with a development background in a Linux (RHEL) environment and who has experience with commercial applications. Candidates must also have good communication in English language.

Key skills:

  • Hands-on DevOps experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as code (ARM Template, Ansible)
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps and Github Actions
  • Expertise in unix administration
  • Linux Docker containers
  • Azure experience.
  • developing Docker files for Oracle, Java and .NET Core applications
  • experience with Helm and Kubernetes manifests, preferred Azure Kubernetes Services
  • deploying application to Azure
  • Azure monitoring and debugging
  • SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Databases
  • Visual Studio, C#, .NET Core, Java, Kotlin Core
  • Azure DevOps Source Control GitHub

Desirable Certifications:

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation exam (EX407)
  • Azure DevOps (AZ 400)
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • Certified Kubernetes Developer (CKD)

Interviews will be 2 stages and the panel will deep dive into your practical Azure infrastructure implementation experience.
